战略投资法荷航Strategic investment in Air France – KLM

法荷航是欧洲三大航空集团之一。东航产投于2017年10月通过搭建合理的海外公司架构，开展海外融资，斥资3.75亿欧元，完成了对其10%股权的收购，成为其第二大股东。本次投资是东航集团响应“一带一路”倡议，推进集团资产全球化配置的重要里程碑，为促进东航的国际影响力、航线网络覆盖能力打下坚实基础。同时，东航与法荷航基于投资达成战略合作协议，进一步推进了双方的业务协同。

Air France – KLM Group is one of the three largest airline companies in Europe. In October 2017, through building a rational overseas company structure, The Company invested 375 million euros to complete its acquisition of 10% equity of Air France – KLM with the aid of overseas financing, ranking as the second largest shareholder. This investment is an important milestone for China Eastern Airlines to respond to the national ‘One Belt One Road Initiative’ and promote its capability to allocate resources globally, laying a solid foundation for China Eastern Airlines to enhance both its international influence and extensive networks. At the same time, China Eastern Airlines and Air France – KLM reached a strategic cooperation agreement based on the investment, which further enhanced the business synergies between the two companies.
